I established and led a team to engineer a scale race car, powered by a CO2 canister. My team, Fibonacci competed internationally, and won. Redefining the global "F1 in Schools" competition with the debut deployment of magnetic rear wings, at the 2022 World Finals.
Drastically improving the safety and quality of the race cars, Fibonacci was recognised with the Red Bull Award, and from that year onwards, the official rules were updated to include this feature in the cars.
This project required extensive management and commitment over it's four year's of continued progress. Dozen's of companies partnered to support the team, and I managed over £10k. Delivering return to each partner's investment. Our brand became recognised locally and within the competition, earning thousands in online following. And the success from this led to me receiving a full scholarship offer to UCL, and Red Bull Racing personally offering me a year placement, making me the youngest they've taken on.
